Synopsis
Every Sunday hundreds of teenagers dress up in outrageous outfits and gather in the trendy streets of Tokyo. Gals, punks, lolitas, and others who simply defy categorization crowd in Harajuku, Shinjuku and Shibuya to show off their threads and be snapped by photographers. Dress Up is a narrative documentary about these fashions and the hearts and minds who wear them.
